SiG Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

At SIG Ireland, we are committed to building a fair, inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As part of this commitment, we are pleased to publish our Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025, in line with our obligations under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.

This report outlines the difference in average hourly pay between men and women at SIG Ireland, based on a snapshot date of 30 June 2025 (Pay period assessed: 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025). It is important to note that the gender pay gap is not the same as equal pay. SIG Ireland operates a gender-neutral approach to remuneration, and our results largely reflect the male-dominated nature of the construction sector, particularly in senior and technical roles.

Our 2025 results show a mean gender pay gap of 5%, with women earning 95 cent for every €1 earned by men, and a median gender pay gap of -6%. While occupational distribution continues to influence our results, these figures demonstrate continued progress and reflect the positive impact of our ongoing initiatives to support inclusion, development and progression for all employees.

SIG Ireland remains committed to transparency and continuous improvement. We will continue to take meaningful actions to encourage greater female participation across all areas of the business, strengthen development pathways, and ensure our policies and practices support an inclusive and balanced workforce.
